Can i go in a spa, with my period

im going away to a resort, that has spas and saunas :D (yay)

tampons (medical reasons) can l still go in the spa and sauna? or will

Panda (or Panda Bear)
tampon or cup, I would be so mad.

You really only have two choices here tampon or stay away from

If you do into the sauna's, you could probaly if you put a

towel down under where you are sitting. In the sauna you could put a pad

on, becuase you are not in water. I think it MIGHT be okay for you to go

into the pool without a pad on. It depends on how heavy your flow is
