Saunas & Jacuzzis can cause hyperthermia (abnormally high body

temperature) & this can be a concern for pregnant women. There is concern

that a body temperature over 101 degrees in the first trimester can cause

not let ur core body temperature get over 102.2 degrees at any time in

pregnancy.
Hot tubs are usually kept at a temperature of 104 degrees, which means
that it will only take 10 minutes in the hot tub to raise ur body
temperature to 102 degrees or higher.
Call the place & see if they have special activities for pregnant women,
such as a pregnancy massage or a warm bath or maybe pregnancy yoga
beginner is class.
If you want to be able to do those other things, save the spa day for
after the baby is born & treat yourself to a well-deserved day of
relaxation.

Sauna is & hot tubs are a no no. You don't want to overheat

your body. Although you can do other things at the spa. At this point

laying on your tummy will probably still be ok, so a massage, or facial,
